Model 870 Application System for PET Bottles

 
   

The ITW Hi-Cone Model 870 Series Multipackaging machine packages 4, 6, 8 and 12 bottle multipacks. (Slim-Pack®)

The 870 applies a continuous strip of Hi-Cone carriers to a double row of PET - at speeds up to 1,200 bottles per minute.
   

 

Other Features Include:
   
  • Accommodates a diameter range of 61 mm (2.4") to 76.2 mm (3.0")
  • Handles straightwall and shaped profiles
