MPA2000 Application System for PET Bottles

Hi-Cone offers two systems to provide you with all the flexibility you need to create the correct package mix to meet your needs.

The ITW Hi-Cone MPA 2000 Multipackaging Machine allows you to package the widest range of PET bottles into the greatest number of multipacks: 3, 6, 8, 9, 12, 15, and 18.

The MPA 2000 applies a continuous strip of Hi-Cone carriers to either a double or triple row of PET - at speeds up to 2,000 bottles per minute based on bottle diameter.

Other Features Include:

Automatic operation, plus fast, easy changeover
Accommodates bottle sizes from 236 ml (8 oz.) to 1.5 liters (51 oz.)
Handles straightwall and shaped profiles from 53.8 mm (2.12") to 88.9 mm (3.5") diameters
