manufacturing processes, minimizing the generation of waste,
including the goal of zero resin pellet loss, developing and
implementing plans to re-use or recycle whenever possible in
both the manufacturing and office functions. |

environmental impact on all new product development taking into
account current technology, customer needs and community expectations. |

Assist
employees, customers, suppliers, and other interested groups
in understanding the company's impact on the environment and

Encourage
employee involvement at all levels to report, suggest and recommend
