- Today's Old Shoes are tomorrow's Football Fields

collaboration with the Solid Waste Agency of Northern Illinois
and Nike, Hi-Cone employees participated in the company's first-ever
Reuse-a-Shoe program. Most worn court or running shoes are relegated
for chores like paintina or lawn mowing and eventually tossed.
But now companies are encouraging employees to recycle old athletic
shoes...
